Frankston City Council sponsor of K.S.C Intensive Summer Program.
Kings Swim Club wishes to acknowledge and thank Frankston City Council for their sponsorship of our Summer Intensive Program 2010. Last year Frankston Council awarded the club with a grant of $800 under the 2009/2010 Community Grants Program. The funds were provided for Pines Pool usage fees.

Exciting news: Sarah Sestanovich to compete at the 2nd Croatian World Games, Zadar, Croatia [July 18- 23, 2010]
A BIG CONGRATULATIONS to Sarah Sestanovich! Sarah has been accepted as part of the Australian team to compete at the 2nd Croatian World Games to be held in Zadar, Croatia, July 18- 23, 2010. This a multi sport event held every four years for people of Croatian heritage. There are about a dozen sports involved and we understand representation from around 50 countries. Well done Sarah!! KSC committee.
2009 Telstra Assistance Fund - KSC granted equipment
Kings Swim Club has been granted 1x Shade marquee branded with Telstra and Swimming Australia logos, valued at $2,400.00 under the Telstra Assistance Fund. The club wishes to sincerely thank Telstra [and Swimming Australia] for their fantastic support!!
Frankston City Council Community Grants Presentation Evening

Representatives from Kings Swim Club were invited to attend the 2009/10 Frankston City Council Community Grants Presentation Evening held on Wednesday 22 July 2009 at Frankston Arts Centre [at the invitation of The Mayor Cr Colin Hampton and Councilors of Frankston City]. President Jackie Morrison-Woolcock and Paul Kellett [Sponsorship & Grants] attended the presentation evening as club representatives. Jackie Morrison-Woolcock was presented with the club's $800 grant cheque during the evening. Jackie is pictured [on RHS] with The Mayor Cr Colin Hampton after accepting the grant cheque.
KSC - NarreWarren allocated $2,000 grant from City of Casey - 2009/2010 Community Grants
The club has now been successful two years running with this grant. Last financial year the club purchased 1x REA equipment storage trolley for Narrewarren swimmers and the item is currently in use. This year the $2,000 grant will enable the purchase of stretch/ exercise equipment. Thank you to the City of Casey for their fantastic support of our Narrewarren based club swimmers!
Funding announced for KINGS SWIM CLUB equipment
Kings Swim Club has been successful with a grant application from the Australian Government (Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs). The club requested $4160 and received the FULL AMOUNT. View Leader newspaper article (10-02-09).
