Registration Day is on SATURDAY 9th May 1.00pm - 4.00pm at Frankston High School Basketball Court.
We are pleased to inform you that this season you will be able to register online! We are encouraging all existing members to do so; it will help us with updating swimmer(s) details and you will not NEED to attend Registration Day. If you would prefer to manually complete Registration Forms you are more than welcome to come along on Registration Day.
The registration process is as follows:
- Register online and send completed consent form with confirmation paperwork of online registration and payment (see invoice/receipts below) to Kings Swim Club.
- Book into your squad sessions at Frankston or Narre.
You can do all this on registration day too.
Online Registration
Please register online by 9th May 2009 .
You will need a password to enter Swim Online. Please refer to the attached ‘Guide to obtaining Username and Password' and then ‘Guide to Registering Online (existing and Family members)' to proceed with online registration.
Payment
You can pay by credit card online when you register, by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) through your own banking facility (refer to attached Guide to Making EFT Payments) or by cheque or money order. We would prefer not to have cash!
The registration fees for this year are as follows:
- Swimmer - Competitor $130.00
- Family (2 Competitors) $230.00
- Family (3 Competitors) $330.00
- Non-competitor $20.00
The registration fee covers Swimming Victoria charges, affiliation to Swimming Victoria and Metropolitan District South and administration fees for the club.
Invoice/Receipts
Swim Online will automatically send you a ‘registration invoice' or a ‘registration receipt' (if you paid by credit card online) to your email account.
- If you choose to pay by EFT please attach a copy of your bank online receipt, as proof of payment, to your registration invoice. Please mail it with a signed copy of the Consent form to Kings Swim Club, PO BOX 76 Baxter VIC 3911 or place the invoice and the completed consent form in an envelope and drop it in the Clubroom mailbox.
- If you choose to pay by cheque or money order please attach to your registration invoice and mail with a signed copy of the completed consent form to Kings Swim Club, PO BOX 76 Baxter VIC 3911 or place the invoice and the consent form in an envelope and drop it in the Clubroom mailbox.
- PLEASE DO NOT MAIL CASH!

Insurance
Swimmers are covered through Swimming Victoria for injury suffered during travel to and from the training pool or functions, and in training and competition.
